| Module-inhoud | *Hierdie inligting is slegs in Engels beskikbaar. This elective is designed for executives, senior managers and graduates wishing to enter the field of management consulting. This course will provide them with a comprehensive overview of the practice and processes involved in management consulting. It will address the management consulting competency framework, consulting lifecycle, interpersonal interactions and the ethical requirements of a management consultant. Client perspectives and expectations will be discussed in detail, as will the consultant’s behavior and demeanour in client interactions. Management consulting is a very broad and overarching profession which requires a myriad of competencies and specifically the adaptability to various client contexts. |
